 Standard Shipping & Handling Policies For Domestic and International Orders:
Shipping Insurance.
Shipping insurance is required for all items and is included in the shipping and handling costs. Insurance protects the buyer and the seller, and provides peace of mind in case something should go wrong
Shipping Time.
Orders received and processed by 5:00 PM Pacific Time are normally shipped within 1 business day, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and all U.S. federal holidays. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be counted as received on the following business day, and shipped on the following business day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to buyer with shipping information including date the order was shipped.
Economy Domestic And International Shipping (USPS First Class Parcels & Parcel Post, and First Class Mail International):
Items are normally shipped in 1 business days following date of purchase (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) via USPS Parcel Post for USA, or USPS First Class Mail International for international shipments. Delivery time in USA is 2 to 9 business days from date of shipping, and international delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks from date of shipping. Delivery confirmation is provided on Parcel Post orders within the USA only, but tracking is not available on this class of service. All items are insured.
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail):
Items are shipped within 1 business day (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) using USPS Priority mail service. Delivery time in USA is 2 to 3 business days after shipping; international delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks after shipping. A delivery confirmation number is provided on all expedited orders, but tracking is not available for this class of service. All items are insured
Overnight Shipping (USPS Express Mail):
Items are shipped within 1 business day using USPS Express Mail delivery service. Delivery time to most locations in USA is 1 business day (overnight), but some locations require 2 business days--see www.usps.com for details. Delivery time on international orders is 4 days to 1 week, in most cases. Online Tracking is provided, and all items are insured.
Personal Checks
Personal checks are gladly accepted from U.S. customers, but keep in mind that a check payment must be confirmed by our bank that it has cleared your bank before we can ship your order, and checks can take an additional 4 to 7 days to clear through this process from time of receipt. Customers outside of the U.S. must use either PayPal or international money orders/bank checks payable in U.S. Dollars through a U.S. bank.
Customs And Duty Fees On International Orders:
Postal administrations in several international countries have contacted the United States Postal Service about the declaration of value placed on customs forms. They have noted that in many cases, the declared value is understated when compared to the actual invoice or known value of the item, especially for sales conducted over the internet.
The USPS has asked us to declare the proper value on all customs forms. This is required under federal law in the USA.
The correct value of each item is required on customs forms as it helps determine the proper duties and taxes, and whether they should be applied. Some countries will soon begin taking steps to address this issue, such as levying fines on the addressee when the declared value is determined to be lower than the invoice. Your merchandise can also be confiscated by customs if they deem the value to be improper. Please do not ask us to mark BXiWorld online purchases as "gifts" or to reduce the value of the purchase on the customs form. To make sure we're complying with international regulations, we will make sure the stated value on the customs declaration is supported by your eBay invoices or other documentation.
